Philips Sonicare DiamondClean SmartRechargeable Toothbrush

Received as part of the Stellar product test panel. All I can say is wow! I already had a handheld sonicare pulsing toothbrush and thought - how much better could this one be? Boy was I wrong! With the different cleaning modes, detection for when you press too hard, and just overall power in this brush my teeth have honestly never felt cleaner. In just a couple weeks my oral health feels completely better and I can't stop telling people about this toothbrush !!

I cannot believe I waited this long to use an electric toothbrush. My teeth feel as clean as the day I visit the dentist. The toothbrush is easy to travel with and the app is very useful. Glad I purchased it.

So this is my second set of brushes! The first lasted well over five years and the only reason that I am on the second set is I wanted the new set with more features. The brushes are the best on the market, in my opinion. The clean feeling you get after brushing is as if just went to your dentist. Great product!! Highly recommend!!

I purchased this product from Costco and all brushes arrived in working condition. Have been using Sonicare for many years and the brushes have always been reliable and have provided superior cleaning as compared to manual brushing.

I love the DiamondClean Smart rechargeable toothbrush. I am disappointed in the longevity. This is the second one I've bought in just a couple of years. I've used Sonic for as long as I can remember and they typically last a very long time but not this one. Giving it one more chance but if it doesn't last, I won;t buy another one.

I like the toothbrush but not the brushing sequence on it. I brush bottom left to bottom right then top right to top left but the app sequence is opposite. I had another Philips toothbrush but it was close to its life ending. So this one that I bought is a higher rated one an I just bought it recently.

I bought this at Costco. Unfortunately, after two years, the unit started to make a very loud noise. Seems like there's issues with the motor inside. The warranty only covers for about two years, so I was unable to replace the product. I would not recommend this product.

I bought this toothbrush because I have been using the Sonicare toothbrushes for nearly 20 years. The quality has been good until recent years. Less than one year, both toothbrushes stop working. Then I bought Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart Electric Rechargeable Toothbrush, 2-pack at Costco September 2025. These toothbrushes do not live up to their name. but the latest one broke after not even two week of use. The unit started to make a very loud noise and the brush head stopped moving. Tried to use it and it goes on and off. This is the worst Sonicare product and is my second set of DiamondCare I do not recommend this product. Don't buy it.

Just bought this item at Costco. One of the two brushes is broken. The company should go bankrupt
