Great machine. Works fully as advertised. I was skeptical but was able to produce great quality fresh pasta as per the first try. I used both standard flour as well as semolina. Both work fine. Personally prefer the semolina based pasta. So far just did flour and water, no egg. However, no reason to believe the operation would be any less effective with egg based pasta. 10 minutes for a single portion (2 people), 15 minutes for double (4 people). Cleaning takes about 10 minutes. All in all great machine, well designed, well constructed. Recommended.

My son used the traditional italian pasta maker for almost a year. It would take serious work, and multiple stages, including hard cleaning at the end. We got him this machine for his bday, and fell in love with it. Put in the flour, egg and water and in 3 minutes the pasta comes out. Smooth and in perfect consistency. Cleaning was a breeze. Super cool.

This has to be the easiest way to make delicious pasta at home. The interchangeable extrusion attachments allow you to make a variety of pasta shapes. The machine is high quality in materials and construction. It operates smoothly and quietly. I prefer to make the pasta earlier in the day and then let it dry out so that it has a bit more bite when cooked.

Our family members have been big fans of fresh noodle, but it's time consuming to hand make them. This Pasta and noodle maker has done fantastic job to make them for us, I have bought three of them to our family members and friends. And I highly recommend it to the pasta and noodle lovers, it will make your life so easy!

First time I tried it was with company and we were all watching the pasta come out with amazement. Success the first time and so delicious! The rigatoni disc was so hard to clean! Looking forward to trying a new disc tomorrow for dinner.

This exceeded my expectations! The machine was simple to use and the pasta was perfect!
